Submit this application with a $35.00 non-refundable application fee.

Have official transcripts from each school attended sent directly to LBS.

Have a completed Christian Character Reference from sent to LBS.

A request completed for a Bible Content Test will be sent to you after the application is received. This dogmatic test is part of the admissions process and must be taken in the presence of a proctor.

There will be a student number assigned to you upon acceptance.
